I tried it for the first time this morning, so I can share my first impressions. I knew the shampoo wouldn't lather, so it will take some getting used to. My hair was a little bit frizzy after drying, so I needed the help of a straightener to tame it. My hair is prone to frizz because it is wavy/curly. Apparently I need some additional products or I need to use these for a longer period of time. After styling, my hair is very pleasant, it doesn't tangle as much as it used to and it is much easier to style. So far, the overall impression is very positive!
