The service, in your shampoo, is very high quality, it is so warm and good to receive a handwritten message , nobody does that anymore. Feels like a brandy made by a girl, very cute and 6 day messages :)Loved the fast delivery and the packaging. I have already tried the scalp scrub, shampoo and conditioner. It really does leave my hair cleaner for +1d. which makes me very happy
