Hi, I'm glad you came up with the idea of putting the customer's name on the shampoo. It's really original and it's encouraging that it will work only for the customer and only in a positive way. As I have only used a few washes, my first impression is that the shampoo has a soft texture and lathers well. I keep the conditioner a little longer, as you recommend.
