2. How and where will I get my shampoo?
Delivery takes about 5 days, the package will be delivered to the parcel machine of your choice.
3. How is my shampoo and conditioner made?
First, our AI technology analyses your test results and calculates what ingredients your hair needs.
Your shampoo and conditioner are made in Italy, in a laboratory that has been producing high-quality products for professionals for over 20 years.
4. Does my shampoo contain parabens?
No. Your formula is free of parabens, mineral oils, salts, GMOs. Your formula was not tested on animals.
Your formula is made with your hair first and foremost in mind, but also with nature and ecology in mind. That's why your formula is made up of ingredients that have been sustainably sourced. Your packaging is made of 100% recyclable plastic.

5. Can I use my own formula if my hair is shedding?
Hair loss can be caused by a variety of factors – stress, hormones, diet, emotions and even genetics. Your formula can help reduce hair loss because it first takes care of keeping your hair healthy. However, it cannot eliminate some of the root causes (stress, poor diet, medical conditions).
The ingredients in your formula improve the condition of your scalp, making your hair stronger and growing better. However, if the cause of your hair loss is medical, we recommend that you consult your doctor.
6. I have dandruff. Will my shampoo help me?
Your shampoo doesn't directly treat dandruff, but it does treat the causes of dandruff. Various chemical ingredients in other hair care products dry out the scalp, irritate the scalp, cause the scalp to lose its natural oil content and lead to dandruff. Your shampoo will prevent all these factors, so you'll see positive results after a while. But remember, everything takes time. Your scalp didn't dry out in a week, so it needs more time to recover.
7. How do I use your Shampoo?
You will receive instructions on how to use your shampoo with your shampoo. It is very important not to skip the conditioner to nourish and moisturise your hair.
First, wet all your hair and massage a quantity of shampoo the size of a 2 euro coin into your scalp. Use the shampoo only on the scalp, you do not need to massage it all over the hair. Rinse with water (never use water that is too hot when washing your hair!).
Then apply the conditioner throughout the length of the hair (but not on the roots!). For better distribution, you can use a wide-bristled comb. Tip: The conditioner can also be used as a moisturising and nourishing mask. Spread it over the entire length of your hair and leave it on for 5-15 minutes.
For best results, use the products regularly and correctly.
8. Is it true that shampoo and conditioner should be changed every so often?
It's a myth that hair gets used to shampoo and conditioner. There is no need to change products and regular use will give better results. You should change products if your hair is undergoing a major change (colouring, haircut, procedure). In this case, we recommend that you re-test your hair to find the ingredients that are most suitable for your new hair condition.
