- The administrator of the e-shop is MB "Tagataaga", company code 304173166, registered office address Raudondvario pl.101a, Kaunas.
- User - a natural person using the website who has provided his/her data without registration in order to use the service provided.
- Recipient of personal data - a natural or legal person to whom personal data is provided, including the Portal Administrator's partners with whom the Portal Administrator cooperates in order to enable the User to use the services provided on the Portal.
- Provision of Data - Disclosure of Personal Data by transmitting or otherwise making it available (other than publication in the media).
- Device - a computer, phone, tablet or other device used to access the Portal.
- An IP address is a unique number that identifies the device that connects to the internet. An IP address can be used to identify the location where a computer connects to the internet.
- Browser - an application that helps you access web pages on the web, on a personal device.
- Privacy Policy - this document, which sets out the rules governing the collection, processing and storage of Personal Data applicable to Users.
- Cookies are small files placed on the User's device when the User visits the e-shop, which are used by the e-shop to identify the User's device. This term includes not only cookies, but also the use of similar tools (e.g. Flash cookies, Web beacons).
- Direct marketing means the activity of offering goods or services to persons by post, telephone or other direct means and/or seeking their opinion on the goods or services offered.
General provisions
- The provisions of this Privacy Policy apply to all actions Users may take on the Portal.
- By using the Portal, the person agrees to this Privacy Policy without reservation. If a person does not agree to this Privacy Policy, he/she is not entitled to use the Portal. The person expresses his/her consent during the first visit to the Portal and after downloading the application by ticking the box indicating that he/she has read and accepts the terms of the Privacy Policy.
- The User is given the opportunity to access the terms of the Privacy Policy at any time on the Portal.
- Personal data submitted by Users is processed by the Portal Administrator. Personal data shall not be transferred to third parties without the User's consent, except as provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
- The e-shop administrator reserves the right to use the collected Personal Data at his/her own discretion, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, in order to improve the quality of the services provided by the Portal.
Use of cookies
- The e-shop uses cookies to help us improve the way we do business. Cookies are used to adapt the content of the e-shop to the User's needs.
- By accepting the Privacy Policy, the User confirms that he/she agrees that the e-shop administrator will collect information about the User using Cookies. The e-shop administrator confirms that Cookies are only used to collect information that is relevant to the use of the e-shop. The data provided by Cookies is anonymous and does not provide personal information.
- The User may disable the use of Cookies using the settings in the Browser, but if Cookies are disabled, some Portal services may not work.
Collection, processing and storage of personal data
- The IP address of the Device provided by the User when using the e-shop may be used to locate the User.
- The processing of the User's Personal Data is carried out manually and automatically. If the User does not consent to the processing of his/her Personal Data, he/she shall have the right not to use the Portal and not to provide the Personal Data.
- Personal data shall be collected, processed and stored for the purposes set out in this paragraph:
- Ensuring the User's access to the Account and the ability to use the services provided by the Portal;
- To ensure the continuous improvement and development of the e-shop;
- To offer specialised services and targeted advertising;
- Aggregate data is used for statistical analysis of the Individuals, their behaviour, general characteristics, the effectiveness of the Portal's services, etc.;
- for the performance of the Services provided on the Portal;
- The e-shop administrator may use Users' IP addresses to diagnose problems;
- The contact information may be used to contact the User and to inform him/her about news on the Portal regarding the services offered and changes to the service provision procedures.
- For direct marketing purposes, the use of data is subject to the User's prior consent expressed on the Portal. If the User wishes to prevent his/her Personal Data from being used on the Portal, he/she may, at any time, contact the Portal Administrator with a request to delete the Personal Data.
- After the deletion of the Personal Data, the administrator of the e-shop shall keep the Personal Data for a maximum of one year after the deletion of the Personal Data.
- The e-shop administrator is not responsible for ensuring the privacy of the User's Personal Data on third-party websites, including where those websites are accessible via links on the Portal.
Final provisions
- The e-shop administrator is not responsible for the correctness of the information or advertising provided by third parties in the e-shop or for the quality of the goods and services advertised.
- The e-shop administrator shall not be liable for any consequences caused by force majeure as defined in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
- The e-shop administrator may unilaterally change the provisions of the Privacy Policy, such changes shall come into force after their publication on the Portal. If the User continues to use the services provided on the Portal after the changes to the Privacy Policy, it shall be deemed that the User has accepted the amended Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with the changes to the Privacy Policy, the User shall lose the right to use the services provided on the Portal.
- The e-shop administrator uses various administrative, technical and physical security measures when collecting and processing Personal Data. The Portal Administrator shall ensure that only authorised employees of the Portal Administrator have access to Personal Data.
- The provisions of the Privacy Policy are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising shall be settled by negotiation, failing which they shall be settled in the court of the Republic of Lithuania according to the location of the Portal Administrator's registered office.
